Income Requirements

  • Applicants must demonstrate a gross monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent. This helps ensure financial stability and the ability to comfortably meet rental obligations.

 

Credit Screening

  • A credit check is conducted on all applicants. We review credit history as part of our evaluation, taking into consideration overall financial responsibility, payment patterns, and current obligations.

 

Background Screening

  • All applicants are subject to a background screening process, which may include rental history and criminal background checks, in accordance with applicable laws.

These criteria are applied consistently to all applicants to support a fair, transparent, and responsible leasing process.
