Ready to Apply?
Step 1
View available rentals by visiting our properties page. From there, you may schedule a time to visit the property or ask any questions you may have about the rental process and commitment.
Step 2
Use the “Apply to Rent” link in the header or on any listing to submit an application. Here are some things you will need to apply. All applicants are subject to income screening as well as a background and credit check.
Step 3
Someone from our team will be in touch regarding any questions we may have during the screening process. If approved, you will receive paperwork to sign your lease and pay your security deposit and first rent.

To ensure a consistent and fair application process for every applicant, we apply the following qualification standards:
Income Requirements
- Applicants must demonstrate a gross monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent. This helps ensure financial stability and the ability to comfortably meet rental obligations.
Credit Screening
- A credit check is conducted on all applicants. We review credit history as part of our evaluation, taking into consideration overall financial responsibility, payment patterns, and current obligations.
Background Screening
- All applicants are subject to a background screening process, which may include rental history and criminal background checks, in accordance with applicable laws.
These criteria are applied consistently to all applicants to support a fair, transparent, and responsible leasing process.
