Phil is the owner/senior strategist of Impact Realty and focuses on working with real estate investors to help them make the best possible single family, multi-family and commercial investments. With the many relationships he has developed as a banker and Real Estate portfolio manager and within the real estate industry personnel, Phil has access to off-market opportunities that the casual investor may not be able to obtain. He uses his specialized knowledge to help The Impact Group make investments for the future.

Phil was an integral part in helping start the Impact Group Company concept and continues to help shape the company’s asset development sector within the portfolio and plans strategic future growth within the company.

Phil has been a real estate investor for 15 years, and developed expertise in property rehab and construction management. He also has an extensive background in sales and marketing, and has built and led corporate sales teams, worked as a lender, and as a contractor within the real estate industry.

At Abilene Impact Group, Phil specializes in property development and strategic management of the company. He has particularly strong negotiation skills and has negotiated multi-million dollar transactions. Phil delivers a high level of customer service. He can quickly pinpoint the key people necessary to move a real estate process forward and is able to effectively bring all the pieces together to complete deals.
